About Swift Strength

This is my program for the busy mamas (or busy anyone!). There are 4 workouts per week, each designed to be 30-45 mins.

This is my program with the most variety! If you love strength training, but get bored if there is too much consistency, then this will keep you engaged. I combine strength & mobility, like I do in every program, but in less time.

This program includes:

A blend of strength & mobility training that will help you feel strong & supple.

Something important to know about this program.. The app has a 12 week block of Swift Strength. You have access for life, so you could keep repeating the workouts. Orrrr when you finish, you can join my FEF Membership (delivered via TrueCoach) where every week is a new workout! No repeating. Ever. I’ve provided a link for the FEF Membership, too (just in case!)

Swift strength is just fun. I am so excited to share it with you! I want you to fall in love with strength training the way I have.

There is an awesome blend of mobility & traditional strength training in this program, but it’s a little faster paced with more variety.

YOU get to choose how challenging it is. You get too choose how much rest to take (depending on your time) and how much weight to lift. The exercises and guidance are there for every exercise to make it what YOU want.

Finding a way to be active doing something you love is one of the most important long-term health strategies there is. I hope this program helps you do just that!
