About Empowered Strength & Mobility
This is a one month sample of my STAPLE program. And it’s not just your typical “strength program".
Yes - you will deadlift, squat, push, and pull, but you’ll do it with a twist. Literally - this program has a huge emphasis on rotation! But also on core & pelvic floor strength and coordination, total body mobility, and working in multiple planes of motion.
This is where you get to lift heavy (to you) without neglecting the needs & comfort of your body. You’re going to fall in love with lifting if you’re not already.
The program runs in a 4 week block & it’s all about progressive overload (increasing strength over time). Each week targets the same main lifts while providing variety in accessory work or finishers. This program also includes impact exercises (or modifications) to keep you feeling springy & athletic.
With this program, you’ll get:
⁘ 4 weeks of 3 workouts per week (45-60 mins in length)
⁘ Demonstration videos and descriptions/cueing for every exercise.
⁘ Workouts are either designed with minimal equipment or provide modifications.
⁘ The perfect blend of strength & mobility training that will help you feel strong & flexy.
⁘ Coaching support from a certified, educated, and approachable coach (me, Ellen).
⁘ An online chat/community for support.

Something important to know about this program.. The app has a 4 week block of Empowered Strength & Mobility. You have access for life, so you could keep repeating the workouts, or you can join the FEF Membership (delivered via TrueCoach) after you finish. The FEF Membership has a new block every 4 weeks! This program is my absolute FAVORITE program & the one I follow myself. It’s the culmination of all of my training, coursework, and passion.
Every 4 week block brings something totally new to the table. It’s so fun to create & watch everyone progress on the new movement patterns.
