This is the perfect introduction to mobility training. In 4 weeks you’ll learn how amazing breathing & mobility focused exercises feel in your body. You’ll also learn about yourself (like how important breathing is and where you’re extra tight!).

Sometime after CrossFit and babies I absolutely fell in love with mobility training. Mobility training is about so much more than static stretching.
It’s about increasing your range of motion at a joint & strengthening your end ranges of motion.
But what I love most about it is how it makes you feel. After a good mobility session, I feel so free & comfortable.
That’s why I created this 4 week program so you could get a little taste of what mobility training and breathing practice are all about & how good they can feel in your body.
I sprinkle mobility training into every program I do, but this is definitely my most “mobility focused” program.
