1-1 Coaching vs FEF Membership

My two main coaching options are the Functional Empowered Fitness (FEF) Membership or 1-1 online coaching.

This blog post helps clarify both so you can decide what works best for you.

1-1 Online Coaching

Once you sign up for 1-1 online coaching, we start with a movement assessment. I send you a guide and you pre-recorded videos of you performing certain movements and send them to me.

Then we have a video chat where we go over the assessment and talk about your goals & exercise history. We discuss what equipment & time you have available.

Then I create your programming. The programming is designed specifically for you, your needs, your body, and your goals.

The program is delivered via the TrueCoach app. You perform it on your own time, but you have me as your coach through it all. TrueCoach allows you to upload videos for form check and directly message me/ask questions.

I regularly update the programming to help you meet your goals and keep you engaged.

FEF Membership

The FEF Membership is different than 1-1 coaching in that all of the fitness programming is already developed. You have multiple programs to choose from and can switch any time.

The programming is not specifically developed for you, though all the programs are well-rounded & will still help you get stronger & feel better in your body.

When you sign up, you choose the program you would like to start & I assign it to you in TrueCoach.

You still have access to me as a coach for form checks & questions. You also have access to educational documents, future workshops, and the online group chat.
